我们正在为一所青岛的学校招聘数学组长，到岗时间为2025年8月。

岗位职责

• 牵头中学部数学融合课程教学计划的制定和实施，执行数学课程并带领团队不断改进学本的编写和使用。
• 参与数学融合课程设计和教材编写工作，参加相关的各类线上和线下会议与培训。
• 以全英文或双语进行数学学科的教学；
• 引领中学部数学课堂教学模式变革，打造以学生为中心、以探究学习为核心的数学课堂
• 组织学科组开设课后选修课程，丰富跨年级、数学教育机会
• 组织和领导学科组会议和教研，促进教师之间的交流与合作，分享数学教学经验和资源
• 参与学校活动、家长面谈、职业发展会议等
• 完成学校布置的其它任务

任职要求

• 硕士及以上数学相关专业
• 具有数学教学经验者优先
• 教师资格证
• 良好的交流能力，中英文流利

薪资福利

• 月薪18k起
• 寒暑假

Job responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of instructional programs for the Math Inclusion curriculum in the secondary division, implement the math curriculum and lead a team to continuously improve the development and use of textbooks.
• Participate in the design of the math integration curriculum and development of textbooks, and attend various related online and offline conferences and trainings.
• Teach the subject of Mathematics in full English or bilingually;
• To lead the change of the teaching mode of Mathematics classroom in the secondary section, and to create a student-centered and inquiry learning-oriented Mathematics classroom
• Organize subject groups to offer after-school elective courses to enrich cross-grade, mathematics education opportunities
• Organize and lead subject group meetings and teaching and research, promote communication and cooperation among teachers, and share mathematics teaching experience and resources
• Participate in school activities, parent interviews, professional development meetings, etc.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the school

Job requirements

• Master degree or above in the Math subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in Math
• Excellent communications skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin

• Monthly salary is at least 18k RMB
