We are looking for a Head of Boarding for an International School based in Chongqing. This is a full-time position starting from September 2023.

 

Job details

  • Manage boarding student well-being in support of academic excellence
  • Pastoral Policy making and system development for Boarding staff
  • People management and capacity building of boarding staff
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding all matters relating to boarding
  • Lead on developing an outstanding boarding curriculum and English reading program for each Grade level in Boarding

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Excellent English communication skills

 

Salary and benefits
