Head of Biology&Chemistry A-Level生物化学组长

我们正在为一所青岛的初中招聘A-Level生物化学组长，到岗时间为2025年8月。

岗位职责

• 牵头初中部A-level生物化学课程教学计划的制定和实施，执行集团生物化学学本课程并带领团队不断改进学本的编写和使用。
• 参与集团组织的初中A-level 生物化学课程设计和教材编写工作，参加相关的各类线上和线下会议与培训。
• 以全英文或双语进行A-level 生物化学学科的教学；
• 引领初中部生物化学课堂教学模式变革，打造以学生为中心、以探究学习为核心的生物化学课堂
• 组织学科组开设课后选修课程，丰富跨年级、跨学科的生物化学教育机会
• 组织和领导学科组会议和教研，促进教师之间的交流与合作，分享教学经验和资源
• 参与学校活动、家长面谈、职业发展会议等
• 完成学校布置的其它任务

任职要求

• 硕士及以上理科相关专业
• 具有A-Level生物或化学教学经验者优先
• 教师资格证
• 良好的交流能力，中英文流利

薪资福利

• 月薪20k起

Job responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of teaching plans for the Middle School Bilingual Biology&Chemistry Integrated Curriculum, implement the Group's Physics textbook curriculum and lead the team to continuously improve the development and use of the textbook.
• Participate in the design of the junior high school Biology&Chemistry integrated curriculum and the development of teaching materials organized by the Group, and attend various related online and offline meetings and trainings.
• Teach middle school Biology&Chemistry subjects in full English or bilingual;
• To lead the change of the teaching mode of Biology&Chemistry classroom in the junior middle school, and to create a student-centered Biology&Chemistry classroom with inquiry learning at its core
• Organizing discipline groups to offer after-school elective courses to enrich cross-grade and cross-disciplinary Biology&Chemistry education opportunities
• Organize and lead subject group meetings and teaching and research, promote communication and cooperation among teachers, and share teaching experience and resources
• Participate in school activities, parent interviews, professional development meetings, etc.
• Completing other tasks assigned by the school

Job requirements

• Master degree or above in the Biology or Chemistry subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in Biology or Chemistry
• Excellent communications skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
