Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
It is the primary responsibility of the GM to build and manage a cohesive team of everyone needed to build and operate a MiniWorld. This includes specialized model engineers artists electricians wood workers track layers mountain and rock artists and push button activity specialists etc. for the Landscape Area as well as everyone needed for the Activity Areas.
The GM should have good knowledge of business management construction of displays landscapes and buildings marketing education and ability to communicate well with the Board of Directors the legal department HR and all other operational departments. In addition the GM should understand how to tell the MiniWorld story through new media online to our partners and directly to the public as the main representative of MiniWorld in the local community.

•Oversee creation and design all new landscape installations
•Will follow design specifications and model architecture plans as well as local safety codes
•Lead and coordinate timelines tasks goals and be a team leader
•Monitor quality of buildings bridges and objects; prepare and assemble for installation in various landscapes; make sure all deadlines are met
•Assemble and motivate teams to perform various tasks
•Oversee several teams and projects to make the landscapes and activities come to life
•Stay up to date on all major areas of industry operations improve when possible
•Complete all required paperwork monitor for accuracy and consistency

Qualifications & Skills:
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelors from university required Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Experience: A minimum of five years operating a similar organization
Ability: A record of building and operating organizations with over 50 people

Skills and Details:
•Working knowledge of AutoCad or equivalent drafting application
•The ability to read and understand architectural blueprints
•Efficient interpersonal skills to deal effectively with team members; able to motivate and lead
•Ability to stay current on industry trends and incorporate suitable new things into operation
•Ability to teach others how to perform tasks
•Budgeting experience
•Attention to detail
•Good hygiene and clean appearance
