Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for daily customer consulting in the area where games are placed, and answer user questions through Facebook or email;
  • Pay attention to Facebook and other user communities and forums, and collect feedback from users;
  • Record product problems and feedback from users, and solve online problems;
  • Form and maintain VIP users and fan groups;
  • Proofreading of operational activities, product localization and advertising proposal.

Qualifications:
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills in Korean, Chinese major is preferred;
  • Love Korean culture, familiar with Korean humanities and history, Korean or study abroad in Korea is preferred;
  • Love games, like to communicate with users, understand user psychology and habits;
  • Pleasant personality, good teamwork and stress tolerance;
  • Welcome fresh graduates or interns.
Salary range: 8-12000 RMB/ Month


岗位职责：

  • 负责产品游戏投放区域的日常客诉，通过FB或邮件等方式解答用户问题；
  • 密切关注facebook及其他用户社区、论坛，收集整理用户意见反馈；
  • 记录用户反馈的产品线上问题、意见反馈，协助运营解决线上问题；
  • 组建并维护VIP用户和粉丝群；
  • 运营活动、产品本地化、广告文案内容校对；

任职资格：
  • 具有良好的韩语书面及口头表达能力，中文专业优先；
  • 热爱韩国文化，对于韩国地区人文，历史熟悉，韩国人或韩国留学经历优先考虑；
  • 热爱游戏，喜欢和用户交流，了解用户心理和习惯；
  • 性格开朗， 有良好的团队合作精神，有较好的抗压能力；
  • 欢迎应届生或实习生投递；

薪资范围：8-12K
