English/STEM Teacher

We are looking to hire an English/STEM Teacher for a training center located in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible.

About the training center

The training center is based in Shanghai’s Yangpu District. It focuses on the original American STEAM Lab to students from 4 to 10 years old and integrates Literacy capabilities, allowing children to apply interdisciplinary knowledge such as computers, mathematics, physics, art, geography, engineering, social sciences, etc., through hands-on learning, in project design and engineering iteration.

Job details

• Teaching, planning and delivering STEM and robotics classes to 4 to 10 years old students
• Using materials, media and courseware to teach efficiently and effectively.
• Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents.
• Assigning and evaluating out of class exercises.
• Participating in social activities with students organised by your school.

Candidates requirements

• At least Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics engineers or other IT related field.
• At least 2-year teaching experience in teaching young kids or a teaching certificate
• Understand simple computer coding
• Responsible, punctual, energetic, love kids
