English Literature Teacher

We are looking for a Literature Teacher for an International School based in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting in Feb 2026.

Furthermore, the school utilizes a customized dual immersion program for students of the kindergarten, Primary, Lower Secondary and Upper Secondary divisions, designed to meet their individual needs.

Job details

• Teach the subject of English literature to high school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Education (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience teaching in a Secondary School learning environment
• Certification in relevant teaching area
• Passionate and Energetic in teaching

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 25,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Monthly housing allowance of 7000 RMB
