English Language and Learning Teacher

We are looking for an English Language and Learning Teacher for an International School based in Beijing’s Chaoyang district. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025.

The school offers A Level and GCSE programmes to meet their students’ educational needs and providing a pathway to top universities.

Job details

• Teaching reading, writing, and comprehension skills to students who may struggle with these areas
• Assisting students with language acquisition, vocabulary development, and communication skills
• Providing tailored support to students with learning difficulties, such as dyslexia, ADHD, or other specific learning needs
• Working alongside classroom teachers to adapt curriculum materials and strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Identifying students' learning challenges through assessments and implementing targeted interventions
• Helping non-native speakers develop proficiency in English, including grammar, pronunciation, and conversational skills
• Teaching students how to organize their work, manage time, and develop effective study habits
• Supporting students' emotional and academic needs, ensuring they have access to appropriate resources and accommodations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Degree in Education, QTS/PGCE or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ related experience
• Excellent English communication skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 26,000 to 35,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
