We are looking for as English ESL Teacher for a Bilingual School based in Shenzhen. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2024.

 

Job details

  • Teach the school’s English (ESL) subject to international primary school students
  • Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
  • Collaborate with co-teachers, contributing to the development and enhancement of the curriculum
  • Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
  • Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in teaching
  • A TESOL/TESL/TEFL qualification
  • Passionate and Energetic in teaching
  • Excellent English communication skills

 

Salary and benefits

  • Monthly salary of 21,000 to 24,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
  • Monthly housing allowance of 6,000 RMB
  • Summer and winter fully paid (approx. 7-9 weeks)
  • Up to 10,000 RMB flight reimbursement
  • Yearly Bonus up to 10,000 RMB
