English ESL Teacher

We are looking for English ESL Teacher for a private school based in Jinan. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in middle of August 2023.

Offering a comprehensive range of educational services, the group encompasses preschools, primary, middle, high, and foreign national schools. The campuses are located in various areas, providing ample space for classrooms, laboratories, specialized rooms, sports facilities, dormitories, and administrative offices. These schools can accommodate approximately 2000 students, with potential for expansion.

Job responsibilities

• Teach diverse English subjects, promoting English language proficiency, literature analysis, writing skills, oral communication, and cultural understanding to elementary and middle school students.
• Prepare lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments      
• Collaborate with fellow co-teachers to enhance and refine the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Any other related duties assigned by the school
• Working schedule is Monday to Friday with up to 25 teaching periods a week (40-45 minutes per period)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 2 years of classroom English teaching experience
• TESOL/TEFL/CELTA Certificate or Teaching license
• Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 17,000 to 25,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
• All continuing ESL teachers will receive an increase of one step on the salary scale for each year of teaching completed
