Job title: Foreign Language Teacher

  1. five working days per week available on weekend or other flexible choices;

  2. Class size: 4-8 students(Ages: 2y up mainly 3y through 7);

  3. Pre-made lesson plans and study plans to conduct high quality English courses;

  4. Class management and students’ work assessment;

  5. Providing assistance with academic director on curriculum system teaching syllabus and teaching evaluation standard to improve teaching quality;

  6. Make audios or videos related to teaching activities;

  7. Participating in students recruitment activities and business development;

  8. Attend weekly meeting training workshop and do paper work required weekly teaching plan performance feedback for students and summarize etc ;

  9. Working with an assistant of a Chinese teacher.


Salary and Benefits

  1. Competitive remuneration of 11000 to 20000RMB monthly based on qualifications;

  2. Bonus system:
    - Contract completion bonus: 8 000 RMB(with all performance good);
    - Bonus for successful demo customer retention and new teacher recommendation;
    - Quarterly evaluation bonus depending on performance;
    - Overtime pay: 200 RMB per hour for extra teaching (voluntary overtime)

  3. Allowance system:
    - Housing allowance: 1 500 RMB subsidy per month(will help to search the apartment) or a provided apartment;
    - Flight allowance: 5000RMB as flight reimbursement at the completion of one year contract.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  1. Native English speaker ;

  2. Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a majored in preschool pedagogy or linguistics preferred;

  3. Loving children and teaching;

  4. Values integrity and professionalism;

  5. Confident in teaching and engaging each student in learning;

  6. Reflective as a learner to develop yourself;

  7. TEFL/TESOL certificate;

  8. One year or more teaching experience will be preferred.
