英语系主管EAL Head

我们正在为青岛一所国际学校寻找优秀的英语系主管EAL Head，入职时间为2026年2月。

岗位职责

• 开发并实施适合学生不同需求的英语语言课程。
• 监督和支持英语语言教师，提供教学策略和资源方面的指导。
• 与学术人员合作，将语言支持纳入主流课程。
• 进行评估，以确定 EAL 学生的语言能力水平并监测其进展情况。
• 为教师提供专业发展机会，以提高教学实践能力。
• 与家长、教师和行政人员联络，以解决 EAL 学生的需要和进步问题。
• 保存有关英语语言学生表现和项目成效的准确记录和数据。

任职要求 

• 教育学、语言学、TESOL 或相关专业硕士学位。
• ESL/EAL 教学认证。
• 具有 EAL 教育经验，并在项目开发方面有良好记录。
• 较强的领导能力和沟通技巧。
• 了解语言习得理论和教学方法。
• 具备在多元文化环境中工作的协作能力。

Job Duties：

• Develop and implement EAL curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. 2. Supervise and support EAL teachers, providing guidance on instructional strategies and resources. 
• Collaborate with academic staff to integrate language support into mainstream curriculum. 
• Conduct assessments to identify EAL students' language proficiency levels and monitor progress. 
• Organize professional development opportunities for EAL staff to enhance teaching practices. 
• Liaise with parents, teachers, and administrators to address EAL student needs and progress. 
• Maintain accurate records and data on EAL student performance and program effectiveness. 

Requirements：

• Master's degree in Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or related field . 
• Certification in ESL/EAL teaching. 
• Previous experience in EAL education, with a proven track record of program development. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills. 
•  Knowledge of language acquisition theories and teaching methodologies. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Salary & Welfare

• Base salary：20-30K
• Paid summer and winter holiday
