We are a IT Software Development and Customer Support Service Provider based in Shanghai called:
Shanghai Ruique Culture Development. We operate customer support for our clients whose users have inquiries and technical issues with their accounts and how to use the software related to online finance software service. Support will be entirely via chat or email. (Not phone calls at the moment), In English or other languages you can handle too as they are global platforms.
Job responsibilities:
- Handle high amounts of incoming emails
- Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information
- Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Customer Support Representative Requirements
- Work is shift based
- Fluent ability in English
- Some proven customer facing experience or experience as a customer service representative
- Strong ability in using IT for professional use and can handle somewhat technical queries from customers.
- Exceptional written communication skill and a good listener.
- Results driven and able to control time effectively
Must haves:
- You are in China already
- Native or near native spoken and written English
- Ability to speak Mandarin or other languages too is a big plus
- University (bachelor) degree, permanent residence, spouse visa or Chinese citizenship.
