Biology Teacher

We are looking for a Biology Teacher for an international high School based in Beijing. This is a full-time position, available for an immediate start for Aug 2026.

Offering boarding and day school facilities, it caters to students in primary, middle, and high school levels, encompassing both local and international students. With a diverse community of over 500 staff from various countries and regions, the institution presently houses 75 classes and over 2000 students.

Job details

• Teach the subject of biology to high school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments
• Complete other teaching-related activities as arranged by the school

Requirements

• More than 2 years’ full-time in class teaching experience
• IB School teaching experience is preferred
• Bachelor degree and above in related field of study, with a teaching credential
• outstanding communication skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 25,000 to 35,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
