We have an excellent new opportunity for a Level 1 - 3 Architectural Assistant to join FKL Associates LLC (上海洽澜建筑设计有限公司), an award winning architectural design firm located in Shanghai, China.

You will be joining the commercial architecture team where you will be working on an exciting variety mixed-use, shopping mall, retail, hotel, office, serviced apartments  projects as part of a team of exceptional creative designers.

To work as a Level 1-3 Architectural Assistant you must:

  • Be qualified to degree level in Architecture.
  • You should also be able to demonstrate a keen interest and passion for commercial architecture which will be supported by a portfolio of work.
  • Ideally you will have strong working knowledge of freehand sketch, AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop and ideally Revit.
  • Strong design flair.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • We will provide documents for your application to China work visa and work permit.
