Art Teacher

We are looking for an Art Teacher for a school based in Chengdu. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2023.

Job responsibilities

• Teach Arts and shows classes to primary school and middle school students
• Prepare and develop long-range and daily plans in advance that are appropriate for students and in line with the school curriculum
• Participate departmental meeting and collaborate with other teachers to develop school-based curricula.
• Be responsible for implementing different types of assessment, providing high quality feedback to students and using assessment to plan instruction
• Maintain accurate and complete records as required and participate in teaching evaluation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Art and Design, Fine Art or other Arts related subjects
• At least 2 years’ Art teaching experience
• Excellent English communications skills
• Teacher Certification/ Qualification

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 15,000 to 25,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
