Art Teacher

We are looking for an Art Teacher for a Bilingual Middle School based in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting from February, 2023.

Job details

• Prepare and deliver Art lessons to a range of classes of Middle schools students
• Mark work, give appropriate feedback and maintain records of pupils' progress and development
• Research new topic areas, maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge, and devise and write new curriculum materials
• Prepare pupils for external examinations
• Manage pupil behaviour in the classroom and on school premises, and apply appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehaviour
• Undertake pastoral duties, such as taking on the role of homeroom teacher, and supporting pupils on an individual basis through academic or personal difficulties
  

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor degree in the related field
• PGCE
  
• A teaching license recognized by home country’s education ministry
• Familiar with IGCSE syllabus and IB MYP concept-based teaching methodology
• IGCSE related trainings
• MYP related trainings
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in the teaching subject applied for
• Track record of students’ academic results for IGCSE

• Monthly Salary of 22,000 to 28,000RMB (after tax)
