Architectural Planning Designer

任职资格：
1、在大型甲级设计院担任同职位10年以上工作经验；
2、具有较强的方案创作能力、荣获过省级二等奖以上的优秀设计；
3、熟悉专业规范及高新技术动态，对行业信息及发展具有较强的洞察力及判断力；
4、有良好的职业素养、沟通协作及管理调控能力；
5、高级规划师、中国注册规划师或者同等海外专业资格；
6、设计过国际五星级酒店及国际商业，景区规划，小城镇，养生养老项目者优先。

待遇：

底薪+提成+花红+双薪(工作满3年有技术股份)。

Qualifications:
1. Over 10 years’ related working experience in large-scale institution;
2. Competent to create proposal ever won award for municipal 2nd-level or above excellent design3. Over 3 years’ working experience in large-scale architect or design institutions;
3. Familiar with professional standards and new and high tech trends observant and judgment skills in industry information and development;
4. Good occupational ethics communication cooperation control and management skills;
5. Senior architect China Registered Architect certification or overseas equivalence;
6. Preferably applicators who ever designed international five-star hotel and international commercial project
