我们正在为一所苏州的国际学校招聘学术主任，到岗时间为2025年08月。

岗位职责

• 按照教学标准要求，根据教学进度完成教学计划
• G5/牛剑达成率>50%；美高前30达成率>50%
• 学生主动流失率<3 人/项目  
• 所教课程达A率>50%, 达B率100%
• 协助执行校长完成年度招生指标(占比 30%)

任职要求

• 结合校区年度发展目标配合执行校长制定年度教学、教研目标及计划并带领学术团队达成目标 ，特别 针对校区( G5/牛剑)项目制定项目分析及计划，确保项目目标实现；
• 根据教学需求对新学期内课程、师资配置和课时做出合理安排，制作课表并审核;
• 指导并审核各项目学科教师提交的教学计划并督导教学大纲和教学计划的进度和落实；
• 根据年度招生目标和年度招生活动计划，带领学术团队配合招生老师进行品牌宣传、招生活动组织及实施(例品牌策划活动、公开课、教育展会、招生面试及相关)；
• 协助执行校长招生活动(渠道建设中)针对教学理念、教学目标、办学特色及教学安排等相关的学术宣传及家长沟通；
• 配合学校全员招生激励政策的制定和执行；
• 负责与国内外合作院校的沟通与协调，并协调落地相关的访校安排、政策调整及相关；
• 联合升学指导/大学申请支持机构，参与并配合对学生的学业规划、大学(名校)申请等方面的分析、计划制定及实施；

Job responsibilities

• Completing the teaching program according to the teaching schedule as required by the teaching standard.
• Achievement rate of G5/Oxbridge >50%; Achievement rate of top 30 students in US High School >50
• Student attrition rate <3 students/program  
• Achievement of A rate >50% and B rate 100% for all courses taught.
• Assist the Executive Director in meeting annual enrollment targets (30%)

Job requirements

• Work with the Executive Principal to develop annual teaching and research goals and plans in conjunction with the annual development goals of the school district and lead the academic team to achieve the goals, especially for the school district (G5/Oxford ) project to develop project analysis and plans to ensure that the project goals are achieved;
• Make reasonable arrangements for curriculum, staffing and class hours for the new semester based on teaching needs, and create and review class schedules.
• Instruct and review teaching plans submitted by faculty in each program discipline and supervise the progress and implementation of syllabi and teaching plans;
• According to the annual enrollment target and annual enrollment activity plan, lead the academic team to cooperate with the enrollment teacher for brand promotion, enrollment activity organization and implementation;
• Assist in the implementation of the principal's enrollment activities for the teaching philosophy, teaching objectives, school characteristics and teaching arrangements and other related academic publicity and parent communication;
• Cooperate with the development and implementation of school-wide enrollment incentive policies;
• Responsible for communication and coordination with domestic and international partner institutions, and coordination of school visit arrangements, policy adjustments and related;
• Joint college guidance/college application support organizations, participate and cooperate in the analysis, plan development and implementation of students' academic planning, college (prestigious schools) application;
