初中科学老师 Middle School Science Teacher

Job responsibilities

• Participate in the reform attempt of junior high school science curriculum;
• Undertake daily teaching work, participate in the design and organization of interdisciplinary integration projects;
• Serve as a student mentor to assist students in learning growth planning;
• Properly use technology and other means to assist teaching, and explore the integration of education and technology.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in physics, biology, or chemistry related majors;
• 5 to 10 years of experience in teaching science in junior high school, with priority given to those who have unique insights into the subject;
• Priority will be given to those who have corresponding teaching papers or research results, or have rich experience in proposition.

Salary and benefits

• Base monthly salary range of 15,000 to 25,000 RMB and is negotiable commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Summer and winter holidays
• Public holidays

工作职责

• 参与云谷初中科学课程改革尝试；
• 承担日常教学工作，参与设计并组织跨学科融合等项目；
• 担任学生导师，辅导学生学会成长规划；
• 恰当使用科技等手段辅助教学，探索教育与科技的融合。

工作要求

• 本科及以上学历，物理、生物、化学相关专业背景；
• 5-10年的初中科学教学经验，对学科有独到见解者优先；
• 有相应的教学论文或课题研究成果，或命题经验丰富者优先。

工资福利

• 基本月薪15000 - 25000元人民币，可根据工作经验和资历面议
