我们目前在为北京的一所国际学校招聘一位国际双语学校初中校长，这个岗位的开始时间为：2025年8月。

岗位职责

• 负责国际双语学校初中学部全面管理和运营工作，包括学部发展规划、学术、招生、教务、德育等工作；
• 负责教师团队的聘任、管理、培训、监督、考核工作，培养优秀的师资队伍，保证良好的教学质量，打造一支有国际视野，业务过硬师资队伍；同时为教师提供精神关怀，帮助教师更好成长；
• 负责MYP与国家课程体系融合，大力提升初中部教学成绩，及时跟进教学活动，衔接高中课程。
• 负责维护家校关系，提升学生、家长满意度；
• 完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求

• 教育或相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
• 具有知名国际或双语学校任职经历；
• 至少5年中学教学经验，3年或以上国际或双语学校初中阶段管理工作经验；
• 熟悉中西方课程设置及中西方学生培养目标和培养模式；
• 有着高度的责任心和敬业精神；
• 流利的中英文表达和沟通能力（口语和书面）；
• 较强领导力、组织计划和执行力；
• 热爱教育行业，熟悉教育行业及国际化学校发展趋势，有国际视野，融合东西文化，对多元文化的深刻理解、具有丰富中外团队管理经验；
• 具有海外留学或工作背景优先。

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management and operation of the junior high school division of the international bilingual school, including the development planning of the division, academics, enrollment, teaching affairs, moral education and other work;
• Responsible for the appointment, management, training, supervision and assessment of the teacher team, cultivate excellent teachers, ensure good teaching quality, and create a team of teachers with international vision and excellent business skills; meanwhile, provide spiritual care for the teachers to help them grow better;
• Responsible for the integration of MYP and the national curriculum system, vigorously improve the teaching performance of the junior high school, timely follow-up teaching activities, articulation of high school curriculum.
• Responsible for maintaining home-school relationship and improving students' and parents' satisfaction;
• Complete other work arranged by the leadership.

Job requirements

• Master degree or above in education or related majors;
• Experience in a well-known international or bilingual school;
• 5 years of teaching experience in secondary school and 3 or more years of management experience in middle school level in international or bilingual schools;
• Familiar with the Chinese and Western curriculum and the objectives and mode of cultivation of Chinese and Western students;
• Have a high sense of responsibility and dedication;
• fluent expression and communication skills (oral and written) in English and Chinese;
• strong leadership, organizational planning and execution;
• love the education industry, familiar with the education industry and the development trend of internationalized schools, international vision, integration of Eastern and Western cultures, deep understanding of multiculturalism, rich experience in Chinese and foreign team management;
• With overseas study or work background is preferred.
