English Teacher in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou

Job Description:

• Provide an English Course to students all ages (3 to 12 mainly) (materials provided)
• Handle class size from 4-10
• Working hours (vary depending on the schools and institutions)：
• Public schools: Mon-Fri 8:00am to 11:30am, 14:00pm to 17:00pm (classes + office hours)
• Private institutions: Wed-Fri 2pm-9pm, Sat-Sun 9am-7pm

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree;
• Native Speaker and non-native with English spoken and written proficiency
• TEFL/ TESOL/ CELT or 2-year experience

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salary: 16,000 - 28,000 RMB per month
• Bonus system
• Contract completion bonus: up to 15,000 RMB;
• Overtime pay: 150 RMB for per extra ACH
• Quarterly bonus: up to 6000 RMB depending on teachers' performance
• Housing allowance: 3,000 RMB per month;
• Sign-in allowance: 6,000 RMB (paid with the first-month salary)
• Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB (at the end of contract)
• Visa support: provide a legal working residence permit
