高中设计思维教师老师

我们正在为一所宁波的国际学校招聘高中设计思维教师老师，到岗时间为2025年8月。

岗位职责

• 负责教授高中设计思维相关课程，全英文教学尤佳
• 主导并完成设计课程的设计和教学实施
• 根据课程大纲或学校要求的教学进度高质量地执行教学任务，按时高标准完成如课程安排、作业布置、 单元测验等教学评测任务
• 在教学过程中密切关注学生的学习情况，及时对教学内容做出调整，随时跟进并向学科组长和家长反馈 学生进步情况和课程进度
• 积极参与本学科的课程建设和教研活动
• 能够结合中西课程，确保课程能够最大程度激发学生学习意愿
• 自愿或根据学科组长安排，开展课后课，指导学生社团活动及课外拓展项目
• 按照安排对学生执行监督工作, 以及放学后或课间活动
• 按照学校要求，参加其他非教学相关工作和活动安排，如学生导师、班主任、学校或学科组项目、家长 会、开放日、市场招生活动、职业发展培训等
• 完成学校安排的其它任务

任职要求

• 本科及以上相关专业
• 教育、设计、心理学、商业创新等相关专业
• 教师资格证
• 良好的交流能力，中英文流利
• 熟悉 IGCSE, A-LEVEL 或者 AP 课程等国际主流课程 

薪资福利

• 月薪15-20k 

Job responsibilities

• Deliver high school design thinking courses, with a preference for full English instruction.
• Lead curriculum design, development, and implementation for design thinking programs.
• Execute teaching tasks aligned with syllabi or school requirements, including lesson planning, assignments, assessments, and timely feedback.
• Monitor student progress, adapt teaching strategies, and provide regular updates to the department head and parents.
• Contribute to curriculum development and participate in academic research and collaboration.
• Integrate Eastern and Western educational approaches to maximize student engagement.
• Lead after-school programs, student clubs, and extracurricular projects as assigned.
• Supervise students during non-instructional periods (e.g., breaks, after-school activities).
• Engage in non-teaching duties, including mentoring, homeroom responsibilities, parent-teacher conferences, open days, admissions events, and professional development.
• Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by the school.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Design, Psychology, Business Innovation, or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English; strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Familiarity with international curricula such as IGCSE, A-Level, or AP.
• Experience in fostering student-centered, project-based learning environments.

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary is range of 15-20k RMB
