Job description/responsibility
1. Able to formulate training programs and teaching plans for this major based on the actual situation of the project;
2. According to the company's education and teaching standards, go to cooperative colleges and universities to implement mechatronics professional theory and practical training courses;
3. Instruct students to participate in skill level assessment and skill competitions at all levels:
4. Organize and implement teacher training for college teachers, etc.;
5. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements/standards
1. Can speak German and English
2. College degree or above, engineering background in microelectronics, integrated circuits, semiconductors, etc.;
3. Teaching experience in vocational school, integrated circuit, semiconductor work experience is preferred;
4. Have strong learning ability and self-management ability, willing to accept new knowledge learning;
5. Strong hands-on practical ability and language expression ability, teaching experience is preferred;
6. Have a strong sense of teamwork.
