Job Responsibility:  
- Prepare and improve classroom and course materials.  
- Create hands-on learning experiences.  
- Assess the student's progress and adjust teaching methods.  
- Work with high school students (20 students per class) 
- 20 Classes every week (40 mins per class). NO office hours. Three (3) night classes weekly.  
- Work with local teachers to deliver lessons.  

Job Requirements: 
- At least two (2) years of teaching experience.  
- TEFL or TESOL Certification (120hrs). 
- Native English Speaker
- Reference Letter 

Salary and Benefits: 
- 17,000 - 20,000 RMB before tax. 
- Overtime pay for extra classes.  
- Paid Winter and Summer vacations (6000/7000 RMB)
