This internship will grant you the opportunity to explore many areas of HR such as recruiting, job posting using various channels, training, workers compensation, benefits, immigration policies, and work visa application. On top of day-to-day tasks, you will also have the opportunity to assist in planning company’s events and workshops.

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, greet candidates, prepare consultants for interviews, ensure schedules are maintained
  • Utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social channels to source passive candidates
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Help with college recruiting initiatives
  • Submit weekly activity reports to Team Lead
  • Assist in updating and managing company’s internal database

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a program at an accredited college or university in Chengdu

  • Acute attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and with little direction
  • Strong communications skills
  • An analytical mindset that thrives on formulating strategy and presenting data
