Responsibilities:
  • Answer player’s questions and solve their problems promptly.
  • Pay attention to news feed of games and collect feedbacks from players.
  • Follow the instructions of client and assist game master.
  • Constantly level-up in ticket solving and provide better service to players

Qualifications:
  • Junior college degree or above.
  • Passionate for mobile games and familiar with local gaming industry.
  • Service oriented, online customer service experience is preferred.
  • Good at communication, delicate and patient.
  • Basic English reading skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office
