Product Manager

Job Description:

• Be responsible for writing outline design according to product requirements, determining product program framework and interface style, and realizing product prototype design;
• Evaluated the scale, progress and difficulty of product development, prepared product development plan, and submitted the project review to the department director;
• Guided the software engineer to tackle the technical difficulties in the early stage of the project;
• Assigned the project members to do specific work, reviewed and confirmed the detailed design of the programmer's software module;
• Risk control of product development quality, schedule and other related factors, organize project phase (milestone) review, and ensure the successful development of the project and the delivery of the final project;
• Participate in technical communication with customers and provide necessary pre-sales and after-sales technical support;
• Responsible for customer training, making training plans and implementing training;
• Assisted BU in promoting and completing the project acceptance, supervised and participated in the completion of related project documents. 

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of development experience, including at least 3 years of experience in Internet platform software product development, fluent in English;
• Managed at least 3 products in the whole process, independently conducted business analysis and product planning, independently designed product prototypes and wrote product requirements documents;
• Organized the whole process of project approval, design, r&d, promotion, application and maintenance improvement of software products;
• Good business awareness, logical thinking ability, cross-departmental communication and problem solving ability;
• Strong ability to solve problems independently, strong self-motivation and pressure resistance;
• CRM/CMS/DMP/DM product design success cases are preferred, and tourism related projects are preferred.
