Summary of Position:
An exceptionally organized, intelligent and ambitious Executive Assistant is required for the founders of MyMex, a ground-breaking startup developing financial blockchain solutions.

  1. Assisting the American Co-Founder with management
  2. Being proactive and able to respond to fast-changing demands on the founders’ time
  3. Monitor and administrates corporate social media communities (i.e. Wechat, Telegram, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook Page).

Summarize insights and social media conversations to create actionable reports that lead to optimization

  1. Conduct research for projects
  2. Assisting with preparation for internal and external meetings scheduling time for meeting preparation as well as monitoring and undertaking follow-up actions
