Responsibilities

  1. Suggesting designing and implementing strategic sales plans and campaigns related to promoting company’s products in four Chinese provinces namely Shandong Guizhou Anhui and Henan. Knowledge of online marketing will be considered a plus;

  2. Preparing sales revenue and expenses reports;

  3. Identify and contact potential clients or distributors; create and update client databases; build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs; report the clients’ needs and requirements and adjust the promotional material accordingly; ensure uninterrupted flow of information between the rest of the sales managers;

  4. Create and update promotional material for products such as brochures fliers and power point presentations; introduce the products to potential clients face to face or through public speaking; suggest and organize promotional events or other related activities;

  5. Communicate with raw material suppliers and report to the directors; provide product information and training to potential product distributors track their performance and report to the directors;

  6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;

  7. Computer literate knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint is essential able to manage Social Media accounts;


What are we looking for?
As a newly established company and team we are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to enter our team and help us promote our products in different provinces of China. Working language is Chinese so it will be important for you to at least be able to adequately communicate in Chinese. More specifically:

Position requirements:

  1. Bachelors or above in trade business administration marketing and sales healthcare management Traditional Chinese Medicine or other related fields.

  2. Interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine and able to understand basic TCM principles. Understanding TCM industry in China will be considered a plus.

  3. Professional appearance fluent in Chinese and English

  4. Frequent business trips complete work plans independently strong sense of responsibility

  5. Good at communication and expression adaptable able to work in a team

  6. Two years of sales experience or above

  7. Dare to accept challenges able to work under high pressure assertive and proactive
