Job responsibilities

  • Developing overseas market customers (in Russia or Europe and America), exploring potential customers, and promoting effective cooperation.
  • Responsible for following up on customer weekly/monthly/quarterly sales, actively completing personal sales targets assigned by department leaders;
  • Responsible for timely collection of payments in accordance with the company's financial policies, contract regulations, and export regulations, ensuring the safe and timely recovery of payments.
  • Responsible for collecting customer feedback, understanding the situation, data statistics, analyzing the reasons, and following up on solutions.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, with marketing, international trade and other related majors;
  • It is necessary to have the ability to use a foreign language proficiently, and be able to directly communicate with customers by video, voice, and email;
  • Relevant foreign trade work experience is required, overseas work experience and customer resources are preferred;
  • Have a good sense of service and communication skills, strong ability to resist pressure, and be able to adapt to work requirements across time zones.
