Responsibilities

1. Construct the overall interaction framework, interaction mechanism, experience path and emotional feeling of the project;

2. Responsible for the output of design documents such as the project's interaction framework, operating procedures, system solutions, interaction specifications, etc.; perform restoration of visual effects in the engine editor;

3. Able to cooperate well with upstream and downstream positions, grasp needs, communicate and collaborate with planners, visual designers and programmers, and ensure the perfection of interactive functions throughout the project development process;

4. Be able to conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of the user experience and interface design advantages and disadvantages of a system, and provide references or optimization directions for project interaction and experience improvement;

 

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial design or interaction, more than three years of experience in interaction design;

2. Love game design and the game industry, and pay attention to industry changes; conduct in-depth analysis of the interaction methods of excellent games in recent years, and be able to formulate better optimization and improvement plans;

3. Have rich experience in game interaction design and be familiar with the research and development process those with complete experience in following up game research and development projects will be given priority;

4. Proficient in the use of interactive design and prototype tools for demo production; experience in using the engine editor to restore UI art will be preferred;

5. Have good demand understanding and logical analysis capabilities, be good at capturing the development trends of human-computer interaction in the industry, and apply them to project practice;

6. Have excellent communication and teamwork skills, be creatively enthusiastic and responsible, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
