Take responsibility for full recruitment life cycle for different type of positions from junior to management level (starting from analyzing the vacancy request and generating talent pull until on-boarding qualified candidates)

  • Contribute to the continuous development of best practice in attraction and selection of talent.
  • Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage and on-boarding.
  • Deliver a first-class experience to all qualified candidates and our clients.
  • Provide add value service to client during the recruitment process.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • University students or fresh graduates
  • English in business proficiency is a MUST, and Chinese in working level highly preferred.
  • Possessing excellent communication skills and being eager to learn.
