- Take responsibility for full recruitment life cycle for different type of positions from junior to management level (starting from analyzing the vacancy request and generating talent pull until on-boarding qualified candidates)
- Contribute to the continuous development of best practice in
attraction and selection of talent.
- Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer
stage and on-boarding.
- Deliver a first-class experience to all qualified candidates
and our clients.
- Provide add value service to client during the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Passion about recruitment and HR related, have 1-2 years of
experience of recruitment is preferred.
- English in business proficiency is a MUST, and Chinese in
working level highly preferred.
- A self-starter and a problem solver with strong sense of responsibility.
